We have three registered and licensed dietitians offering non-diet and weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for those who are seeking freedom from eating disorders and/or diet culture. We also offer non-diet personal training with one of our dietitians who is a certified personal trainer, and trauma-informed yoga with one of our dietitians who is a registered yoga teacher
