I also support those struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, RED-S, and body image concerns. My approach combines sports nutrition, intuitive eating, and evidence-based care to help clients create a healthier relationship with food while working toward their goals.
I specialize in disordered eating nutrition, a path shaped by my own experiences with disordered eating. This allows me to bring a deep level of empathy and understanding into my work, creating a supportive space where clients can begin to rebuild trust with food and their bodies. I provide individualized nutrition counseling that supports long term change.
