I’m Cristina, a passionate Registered and Licensed Dietitian based in New York City. With years of experience and a deep commitment to women’s health, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding and addressing the unique challenges my female clients face. I have been providing in-home integrative medicine in South Florida for twenty-seven years. Although an acupuncturist by license, I usually integrate gentle manual therapy techniques such as Cranio-Sacral Therapy into my treatments. These two modalities complement each other well and often produce optimal results. My patients' range from children with genetic disorders like Rett Syndrome and PKS to adolescents with Cerebral Palsy and ADD, young women with infertility, and adults with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Migraines, Depression, PTSD, back pain, etc.
