My approach combines functional nutrition, mindfulness and intuitive eating so that you can optimize your health without feeling restricted or stressed about food. My goal is to help you understand how you can support your body using not only nutrition but also movement, mindset practices and various lifestyle changes.
Together we will get to the root of your symptoms using a whole body, personalized approach. You'll have to option to use functional lab testing and access supplement protocols if needed, but I also emphasize the importance of the foundations (nourishment, sleep, stress management) with each client even when more advanced interventions are needed.
