Dr. Yang Ai Guo and Dr An Xiao Ying are both trained in western medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine in China. Both Has been in practice over 20 years.They both hold PhD's from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and are very familiar with the development in the research and treatment of diseases using traditional Chinese medicine, herbs and acupuncture in China and the world.

They may be challenged with high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive issues, fatigue, or choosing a healthy pregnancy or simply weight management for a positive life event such as a wedding. I enjoy helping clients who own personal responsibility for their bodies and well being, are not enamored of the idea of medication dependency and who have not been well-helped in the past by traditional medical approaches.

My ideal client is one who is open to making changes based on an in-depth nutritional and lifestyle evaluation inclusive of present and past labs, medications and supplements. This process can take two to three visits to complete. As well, my ideal client has the time and budget to learn about and prepare healthy foods or afford meal delivery services. Client's sessions are individualized to maximize specific food selection & preparation, suggest specific nutritional lab testing and create a supplement program if it can benefit health.
