Hi ! My name is Diana Rosa and I have been a private practice Registered Dietitian in the New Haven area for over 25 years. My focus is to help people realize their health and wellness goals by providing nutrition and exercise advice that really works...not just a short term fix, but lasting results that can be maintained over a lifetime! I believe in REAL FOOD and counseling that recognize your food preferences, lifestyle and busy schedule. I want to help develop a personalized plan that works for you as an individual, not just hand you a one size fits all "diet sheet"!
Prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian, I was a trained chef and caterer in Connecticut for 10 years. My passion for all things food led me to go back to school. I received my BS degree in Clinical Nutrition and MS in Exercise Physiology.
I love food!!! I truly believe that people can eat a variety of wonderful, delicious foods and still meet and maintain their health and fitness goals! I offer an inviting office space and I am a provider on mostly all major commercial insurance panels.
