Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I have been providing individualized, nutrition counseling to clients of all ages, for over 25 years. I split my time between my private practice and working with Yale's varsity athletes to optimize for peak performance. I specialize in disordered eating and sports and/or performance nutrition, but I also offer counseling and nutrition education, in the areas of weight loss and management, specialized diets (i.e. elevated cholesterol, cardiovascular concerns, Diabetes, etc.), pre/post-natal diets, and general wellness.

Bo has practiced in Chinese medicine and acupuncture for 12 years. She grew up in a traditional Chinese practitioner family. She practiced in a first-grade national hospital in China.She graduated from Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine and University of Bridgeport School, major in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine. We have 12 years experience treating Chronic pain, Acute pain, Muscle spasm, Insomnia, Anxiety, Infertility, Bell's Palsy, Allergy, Menopause, Sequela of Stroke, muscular atrophy, Digestion problems, Respiratory system problems side effects of chemotherapy and any difficult and unusual disease.

My clients are typically male with either a high stress level career or younger and athletic. I am sensitive to a wide range of needs and concerns pertaining to their massage session. I’m a mature therapist who is very attuned to my client’s preferences. I work from the basic Swedish framework, adding whatever levels of pressure and anatomical focus are desired. Each session I perform, is fully customized depending on your need at that time.

In addition, I have 5 years of formal training in Chinese Herbal Medicine with several world renown teachers. I practice a combination of Japanese/meridian style acupuncture which is well suited to a western population. This style offers a gentle approach to treatment that most patients find relaxing.

Chinese physical medicine from my grandmother allows me to enjoy great success rates in treating pain. I discharged a patient with neck pain after only one visit, and another patient experiences no more back pain and restless legs after 3 treatments.

Dr. Patterson is a naturopathic physician with over 10 years of experience and is the current President for the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Her practice focuses on autoimmune conditions, bone/joint pain, Lyme disease, asthma/allergy, childhood disorders, women's health and anxiety/depression. After completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and working a few years in the business field, she pursued and completed her doctoral degree at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine. Since then, she has pursued a path of medicine with the core naturopathic tenets in mind "treat the whole person" and find the underlying cause of disease.

As a Naturopathic medicine specialist, Dr. Ahn sees patients with difficult cases of chronic diseases or who have tried many conventional treatments or testings but failed to find the answer. She is a firm believer of curing the body holistically because only in a healthy body can a healthy mind reside. With her background in both Western and Eastern Medicines, she will know exactly when and how to use these modalities to improve and speed up the the healing process of her patients.

I am a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of obesity & clinical nutrition. I see mostly adults but work with a pediatrician a few times/month and will happily see children age 4 or older in my office. I pride myself on gathering information about your general lifestyle and medical needs and more specifically,eating behaviors and vulnerable eating times and design personalized programs based on this information. I am a provider for most major medical insurances as long as nutrition counseling or diabetes education are part of your particular plan.
