Welcome! Although I'm a sleep specialist, I also treat anxiety, pain and cravings without the use of meds. Since 1995 I have been a NY State licensed Acupuncturist, herbalist and hypnotherapist. The goal? To help your regain your innate power to heal,. That's why I wrote my best-selling Amazon book, Rewired for Sleep: the 28-Day Insomnia Program.
