My passion is to help individuals heal their relationship with food and their body. I focus on nutritional healing for anyone struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating and negative body image. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and am able to adjust the Intuitive Eating approach for any stage of healing that you may be experiencing related to food. I work from a weight inclusive/Health At Every Size perspective as I believe everyone deserves respectful, inclusive care no matter your body size.
I strive to help each individual build confidence in how they care for themselves. I will help you learn how to nourish yourself in a supportive way that works for you, feel better in your body, understand your body, fight against the eating disorder and help you heal from diet culture.
I understand the struggle of finding an experienced clinician that understands the complexities of treating eating issues in rural communities. My hope is that I can help bridge the gap between the person struggling with eating/body image issues and receiving experienced and knowledgeable guidance, locally.
