I specialize in working with clients struggling with binge eating and emotional eating using a non-diet and HAES friendly approach. I use intuitive eating and mindfulness to help clients improve their relationship with food. I am also a Certified LEAP Therapist and help clients improve their struggles with IBS using the MRT and Low FODMAPs plan.
To combine my love of nutrition and helping clients feel better, I am a co-author of three nutrition workbooks including Taste the Sweet Rebellion: REBEL Against Dieting Workbook, Nourished: 10 Ingredients to Happy, Healthy Eating, and Cooking with Food Sensitivities Survival Guide.
