I am a registered dietitian with a masters degree in nutrition and dietetics. I was diagnosed with celiac disease while in college and it inspired me to pursue my career in nutrition. I felt confused and alone learning about this disease I had to live with, and I wish someone was there to listen to all my questions and help me along the way. I love working with people with a wide range of health conditions. I specialize in celiac disease and building a healthy relationship with food. I am passionate about working with people one on one and building a unique plan. Nutrition is extremely personal, and I am excited to work with you!

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine treating a wide spectrum of complaints from acute injuries to chronic diseases. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms. My treatment modalities include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, Chinese herbal prescriptions, cupping, gua sha, auricular (ear) acupuncture, Chinese medical massage, and dietary and lifestyle education/changes. I am a practicing Occupational therapist with over 32 years experience, and a licensed Massage therapist for 23 years. During this time I have treated a wide variety of clients from 1 day old to 100 years of age! I have a passion for healing my patients and have extensive training in a variety of modalities. I have had the opportunity of late to assist in the healing of post COVID symptoms returning patients to prior level of functioning. My goal with treatment is to listen to my clients and treat their whole essence (body, mind, spirit) to assist them in reaching their goals.
