Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

My nutrition philosophy is unique in that I focus on providing evidence-based, individualized nutrition recommendations focusing on moderation, variety, and how to fit patients' favorite foods into a healthy eating lifestyle. This can improve quality of life for many individuals who feel they must restrict certain foods to be healthy or lose weight. In addition, I have a special passion for working with individuals with eating disorders, athletes/dancers, weight management, and GI conditions/food allergies. Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Our offices are located Denver/Cherry Creek, CO, and Houston, TX. The acupuncture needles we use are sterile and disposable. We take good care of our patients and are very glad to work together with you for your healthy and happier life.

I graduated from Montana State University (MSU) with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, and completed my post graduate internship at MSU with a focus on Medical Nutrition Therapy. Jamie is a Registered Dietitia with Health Loft who takes a compassionate approach to nutrition therapy by meeting people where they are in their personal journeys and helping them make incremental changes in order to restore a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She understands the harmful nature of diet culture and takes an approach to nutrition therapy that is both affirming and sustainable. She will tailor a treatment plan based in an individual’s specific needs and goals, always striving towards a place of recovery and growth.

Riley’s approach to care is rooted in developing a strong rapport with the client and making client’s feel safe and heard. Per her nutrition philosophy, Riley believes in nutrition care that is a mutual conversation where a client can have a say in their care, as this will lead to more sustainable, long-term progress; additionally, Riley practices from a non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective for all clients, regardless of diagnosis. Riley prioritizes individualized treatment, tailoring interventions to meet clients developmental, financial, physical and emotional needs.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.
