I'm a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a master's in clinical nutrition and advanced training in eating disorders. Through my private practice, Peacemeal Nutrition Therapy, I work with people whose relationships with food have become complicated. Some have eating disorders. Some are athletes. Some just find food hard, which is enough. Our work together is both practical and personal: we'll build nutrition strategies that support your body and explore the deeper relationship you have with food and your body.
My approach blends practical nutrition guidance with deeper therapeutic work, drawing on Internal Family Systems (parts work), Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, mindfulness, and Intuitive Eating, all through a size-affirming, trauma-informed lens. Together we'll explore both what you eat and how you relate to your body, your appetite, and food itself.
Reaching out for support with food and your body takes courage, and wherever you are in that process is okay.
