Hi! I'm Alaina, a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image distress, mental health, and GI issues. In our work together, I will support you as you build a new relationship with food; one that is self-guided and enjoyable. I work with clients to find peace with their relationship to food and body. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. At this clinic we combine Applied Kinesiology with Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine, which includes cupping. Nutritional therapies are also included to make the treatment complete. Auto accidents respond very well to the treatment protocols.
