Hi! I'm Caroline! I am a registered dietitian who has a passion for helping others develop a healthy relationship with food. I completed my dietetic internship and Master's degree at Saint Elizabeth University. After my schooling I sought experience treating those recovering from eating disorders and have experience in all levels of care including: Inpatient, Residential, Partial and Intensive Outpatient programs. My experience in these levels of care provides me with the skill and knowledge to treat a wide range of clients.
I take an evidence based, HAES informed and non-diet approach with all my clients to help them develop a more sustainable and healthy relationship with food. My goals for each of my clients are to help them fuel their bodies for all the wonderful things life has to offer them!
