Hello! I’m Nikki a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist here to help you feel your best from the inside out. I’ve spent most of my career as a dietitian in skilled nursing, eating disorder and addiction treatment, and outpatient counseling. However, I’ve always found the most fulfillment in the 1:1 counseling I get to do with my patients. I’ve worked with individuals with a wide range of conditions including PCOS, pre-diabetes, and Hashimoto’s. While implementing sustainable behavior changes towards a healthier life, my clients also develop a loving relationship towards food, their body, and their mind.

I help people develop a new and improved relationship with food and their body. They learn how to break away from diet culture, food rules and the beliefs that have influenced the choices they make. My clients learn how to reconnect to the wisdom we were all born and blessed with of being intuitive eaters. Confidence and self doubt slowly diminish as we work together and clients are able to become mindful and conscious eaters with any food choice they make.
