As an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Licensed Professional Counselor in the healthcare industry for over 24 years, I take the guesswork out of making diet and lifestyle changes by including Health Coaching, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapy and more to design a personal plan targeted for your specific needs.
Providing my clients with a person centered approach and working with them to heal and provide hope is my passion especially with the challenges that involves stress management, weight management, body image, diabetes, and emotional eating and I work with individuals, adults, families, and groups to provide important long-lasting lifestyle changes.
I am here to serve you. Appointments can take place through Telehealth and phone visits in Arizona. Corporate Wellness events, private yoga instruction, health coaching, and yoga therapy as well as supplements/resources are just a few of the services available.
