I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007 and a CLT in Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) technique since 2011. Most clients are looking for relief from surgeries, sports injuries, stress and complex health issues.
I use various modalities to address your issues, such as, trigger point therapy, MLD, myofascial release, reflexology, neuromuscular, cupping and oncology massage.
The goal is to get pain relief and improve the healing process. A treatment plan is created for the client to meet their goals.
The goal is to identify and address the source of your pain. I use specialized and effective techniques to target pain at its source and promote natural healing. The goal is to achieve rapid results and long-term benefits. Common conditions treated are pain relief, injury recovery, stress and anxiety, headaches, lymphedema and post op recoveries.
I like to do an assessment before the massage so I can understand the best course of action for each person.
