I strive to help every individual reach their goals by empowering and guiding them to make conscious and healthful decisions. Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, I work with clients to develop new dietary habits and a positive relationship with food. Whether a person has been struggling for years or weeks with a dietary conflict, we can start the process of resolving it now.
Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, and even disordered eating are a growing problem in our society today. After my own battle with an eating disorder, my understanding and passion to help others was inevitable. I believe every person's situation is unique, yet every person has the opportunity to work toward recovery.
