My ideal clients are people with chronic complex illnesses who feel unheard, stuck, or overwhelmed by the complexity of their symptoms. Many come to me after years of searching for answers. I think of myself as a medical detective, helping patients piece together the often-overlapping factors contributing to illness. My practice takes a whole-person approach, looking at the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated symptoms. Together, my team and I help patients create balanced, individualized plans aimed at reducing symptoms, restoring function, and helping them move toward greater health, vitality, and joy.
I specialize in chronic complex illness, including tick-borne disease, mold illness, hypermobility, MCAS, POTS, fatigue, insomnia, thyroid dysfunction, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric conditions such as PANS/PANDAS. I have practiced for 15 years and continually pursue advanced education and conferences to stay current in this rapidly evolving field.
I came to this work through the experiences and needs of my own family members and stayed because I love solving complex medical puzzles. I know how isolating chronic illness can feel, and I work collaboratively with patients to help them make sense of complicated symptoms, find answers, and begin moving toward better health, vitality, and quality of life.
