My goal in the treatment room, is to assist in symptom management while empowering my clients to learn more about their bodies and what their symptoms mean. I have had great success treating people on a physical level (pain management, digestive issues, acute illness or injury...etc) as well as the psycho-emotional level (anxiety, depression, "stress"...etc).
I'm a certified NADA Detox Specialist & enjoy supporting people in addiction recovery. Acupuncture is incredibly helpful in reducing cravings, withdrawal symptoms & improving the sense of general wellbeing. Also, I have a certificate in Facial Rejuvenation which reduces the appearance of fine lines/ wrinkles and assists the body in collagen production.
My treatment room is a space of non-judgement where, combined with acupuncture treatments, I encourage self awareness and mindfulness practices to facilitate healing. I have a background in psychology and art which serves me greatly in the practice of this amazing healing art.
