I help my clients to learn that self-acceptance, worth and success do not come from a number on the scale nor achieving a certain physique.
I am extremely passionate about weight inclusive care and a proponent of Health at Every Size. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including pediatrics, and have experience utilizing the Family Based Therapy-approach to ED treatment of children & adolescents. I also collaborate with other members of your care team including providers and family.
