I am currently teaching an Introduction to Qigong at the Fallbrook Wellness Center to primarily the over 50 crowd. My students want help with balance and flexibility, strength and ease of movement. They are looking to increase relaxation and energy, as well as improved sleep, digestion, circulation and mood. Many are looking for ways to age gracefully.
I can help you as I have been practicing, teaching and writing about movement arts and healing arts for forty-five years. I have a degree in Dance from Temple University, and have been a student of Kenpo Karate, Tai Chi, White Crane Kung Fu. I was founder and Artistic Director of Agape Dancers in Philadelphia.
