Jill Nelson BS, LMT, CLT is the sole proprietor of Integrative Therapies in Kensington. Jill specializes in lymphatic drainage for the treatment of lymphedema, oncology massage for adult and pediatric patients, therapeutic massage and energy healing. Jill has extensive experience working with clients diagnosed with lymphedema, providing lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling, compression bandaging and teaching clients how to successfully manage their lymphedema independently. In addition, she has considerable experience working with patients before and after surgery (joint replacements, plastic surgery, liposuction) using lymphatic drainage to reduce bruising, swelling and pain.

Victoria Goldsten has been caring for the sick since 1973. Her first health care experience was in nursing at several local hospitals and health care facilities. She later studied and became certified in: Homeopathy, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Chakra Balancing, Acupressure, and Hypnotherapy. She has a B.S. degree in Nursing and a Doctorate degree in Homeopathy. She is currently practicing as an Integrative Homeopath and Massage Therapist in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is Licensed in Nursing and Massage by the State of Maryland and Washington, D.C. She is currently working as the Director and a practitioner at the Washington Institute.

My name is Peter Juergensen. The focus of my practice is on medically necessary clinical orthopedic massage; my goal is to return the client to their fully functional life in the shortest amount of time. Decrease pain, decrease inflammation, increase mobility and range of motion using a range of massage therapy modalities including teaching self-care education, exercise education, and ergonomics education.

As a nurse massage therapist and transformative nurse coach, I offer a unique blend of traditional medical training along with a variety of complementary healing modalities to better serve my clients.
