Cranio-sacral therapy, a gentle yet deep approach to healing, beneficial for: Headaches, Neck/Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, TMJ Issues, Brain/Spinal Cord/Facial Injurie, Depression/Anxiety/Stress/PTSD, Deep Relaxation, CNS Disorder.
Balancing newborns/toddlers after long/short births, c-section, other interventions, latching issues etc.
Family Constellations: a healing modality integrating Western Psychology, ancient Tribal Knowledge, and the deep wisdom of our souls. Epigenetic studies revealed that traumatic experiences can be passed down the generations through genetic expression. In a constellation we uncover and acknowledge hidden dynamics. This work can happen in a group or 1 on 1.
