I strive to teach my clients benefits of massage therapy. Unfortunately many people believe massage is just for relaxation or luxury. Nothing could be further from the truth. I always give my clients homework to do until their next session. This includes moist heat, Epsom salt baths, mobility drills, etc. It really depends on the client.
In addition to massage therapy I'm also a Reiki Master, so I offer assistance to those in need of energy healing as well. I customize each clients' sessions with Trigger Point therapy, stretching techniques, Myofascial, deep tissue, Swedish and more.
