I enjoy working with people who have experienced stress and trauma in their lives and would like to embark on a journey towards peace, joy and healthy relationships. Everyone is welcome. I use massage, craniosacral therapy, NES Provision, herbs and nutritional coaching to help clients reach their wellness goals.
