The type of deep tissue that I use is called strain-counterstrain trigger point. It is very effective because it relaxes the muscles as it gets the knots out. The massage is easier to tolerate than other deep tissue massages because it doesn't hurt while still being effective.
I started my private practice in September 2007. My office is located in a one story office building in a quiet neighborhood. The decor is very soothing with an atrium with lots of plants. I share the suite with 7 massage therapists.
