Busyness and surviving seems to all be our daily life where we become numb and living in our head and not giving our body the attention it desires. Muscle pain, nerve pinching / causing spasms or numbness and even joint freezings / restriction come up and it would be nice to relieve this discomfort so we can feel free and young and mobile or the opposite relieving the mind so we can feel and create at the capacity our life demands!
