I provide therapeutic massage for a wide variety of people; relaxation, pain relief, pain management. Many come for specific/ chronic pain management. My therapy sessions are integrated with many modalities; Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Body Mobilizations, Trigger Point, & others with a base of Swedish Massage.
Every person is built differently, and no session is ever the same. By working w/ each client I design & tailor a session that meets their need for massage therapy.
Before & after each session the client & I sit down & talk about the focus for that day & how I can help.
I stress the importance of communication. I believe it's essential for a client & I to speak openly & honestly. I invite constructive criticism, it allows me to evolve and grow as a Massage Therapist. I am very attentive & really hear what my clients are saying to me.
I encourage clients to use massage therapy as part of a self care plan & to send people home with knowledge of how to do self massage. Everyone can benefit from Massage Therapy. Life doesn't have to be painful!
