I am an experienced massage therapist trained in several modalities so that each client can receive the treatment most beneficial to them. I have been in practice for over 13 years and have a background as a Registered Nurse and a good understanding of anatomy. I have a cozy, beautiful private office suite in the heart of Montpelier. I love nurturing all kinds of people who are seeking more ease, relaxation, pain and stress relief, and a greater sense of overall well being.

I also have a special interest in Ayurveda and have trained with several Ayurvedic practitioners including Hilary Gervaltis; the former Dean of Ayurvedic Studies at Kripalu. I offer wonderful Ayurvedic body treatments including Abhyanga, Vishesh, and Garshana.
I am also a devoted yoga teacher and practitioner and have a background as a registered nurse. I enjoy creating a peaceful and welcoming environment for everyone I work with.
