Extensive, diverse study, and daily meditative, athletic practice, inform my ability to help my clients move through all manner of physical and other stresses. Based on client interest, I use a variety of pressures, techniques, hot stones, aromatherapy, and yoga-inspired stretching appropriate to reduce tension as needed, and bring an overall sense of peaceful, vibrant well-being to awareness. This awareness is the source of all our healing, insight, quality of life!
