Massage is not a one size fit's all, and I strive to meet you where you’re at in terms of comfort and safety within yourself and your body. I have 5 years of combined educational and clinical practice. Modalities include: Trauma-informed massage, Myofascial release, Craniosacral therapy, Stress relief, Somatic Coaching, Massage for mental illness/eating disorders, Somatic trauma healing, Mindfulness through touch, and Hot stone. I also offer sound healing (Reiki) and hypnotherapy.
