You're not alone. I had an accident in 1994 and I suffered for 10 yrs till I discovered that I had options. The outcome of that experience led me to self regulation. Two things are important in working with a client to me. First, I want to know about you from the inside and not just evaluate a body. Second, I want to educate you on how its all connected, so you know the source of your pain and can change it.
What is special, is that I'm educating a client about the neurological processes that are going on within them. That education is taking place thru specialized somatic movements that help them resolve their own pain and maintain a new sense of balance everyday. Adios...Back Pain!
