Having several torn muscles and ruptured tendons in athletics growing up, I learned about massage the hard way. Initially I became very interested in injury rehabilitation but after working with the general population since 2015 my interests have shifted to the people. Making connections with people is the most rewarding part of this profession and whether people are seeking therapeutic or relaxation massage I’m more than happy to accommodate. Everyone is unique in their individual needs and preference so no two massages are the same. I’m interested and looking forward to meeting you! LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and all are welcome.

At East West College in Portland, Oregon; I completed the 801 hour program specializing in Myofascial Realignment while including modalities in Trigger Point, Postural Assessments, PNF, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Structural Integration.
I was on the path towards nursing working in the Trauma Unit. There, I realized that my true healing potential to assist others along their unique journey towards ultimate well being, and my healing intentions was best expressed through the power of touch.
I now focus my practice mostly for those experiencing chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, and post surgery as well as those in sports training.

Kinesiology Massage Therapists
Kinesiology is the study of movement. The major "external" movements of our bodies, such as walking, bending, and even typing, are caused by the actions of muscles on bones. Together with the massage therapist, the client works to create mental goals as well as physical ones that will influence the success of the treatment.
