I love working with clients who are dedicated to feeling great. My ideal client is a client who is excited to learn why their body is hurting and the ways they can help their bodies heal in natural ways.

I enjoy incorporating soothing relaxation and orthopedic because I've seen the best results from blending mental and physical healing. I use a form of deep tissue (myoskeletal) that is deeper than most but not painful. My focus is chronic pain relief and muscle recovery.

That first step to healing is complicated and full of options. I pride myself in helping clients find the right resources for additional care needed whether it's physical therapy, chiropractors, acupuncturist, or other massage therapist with specialties I don't practice. My goal is to help you feel better!

Your treatment plan is completely dependent on your lifestyle and situation but for severe pain and restrictions like frozen shoulder I see the best results with 90min appointments every 2 weeks for 3 months then a monthly maintenance massage after that. I offer stretches and outside resources to help the progress.
