Welcome! My practice is oriented toward techniques which rally the body's own natural healing response. I was diagnosed with cancer in 1985. I chose a "road less traveled" to health and have been cancer free ever since. I launched my practice with the vision to "pay it forward" by assisting others to expanded wellbeing. We have all heard the phrase "no pain, no gain". I suggest that is far from true.
As a specialist in Craniosacral Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage, I offer techniques for greater vitality, pain relief, improved sleep, reduction of stress, inner cleansing and detoxification, reduction of edema, improved immunity, reduction of inflammation, faster surgical recovery. Gentle Trigger Point therapy is my method to restore healthy function to muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
