My ideal client is relieved to find my many skills are helpful for digestion, fertility/ hormonal, incontinence issues, alignment and sports performance problems, post surgical scarring/ restrictions/ pain, sleep/stress related problems. My ideal client also wants compassion, insight, to be listened to and given help for the issue(s), self care homework/ exercises, and explanations of what is going on and how to get better. They are responsive to gentle/firm/clear insightful treatments that restore function, movement and comfort. They are ready to get real improvement.

My ideal client is high anxiety. The overworked and proactive go getter. The numbing hard worker that needs some grounding and a Reset! Pain happens from compounding situations. Busyness and surviving seems to all be our daily life where we become numb and living in our head and not giving our body the attention it desires. Muscle pain, nerve pinching / causing spasms or numbness and even joint freezings / restriction come up and it would be nice to relieve this discomfort so we can feel free and young and mobile or the opposite relieving the mind so we can feel and create at the capacity our life demands!

I'm a licensed massage therapist practicing Structural Integration and somatic bodywork. Integrating heart and science into every session, I believe that bodywork, often pursued in relief of pain, can also improve our relationship with our bodies and deepen our experience in the world around us. I bring an awareness of the educational, experiential process of receiving bodywork, making lasting change through awareness and embodiment, in addition to very effective technique. Originally from New York, I trained at The Swedish Institute in New York City (a 1226-hour program) and at IPSB in San Diego.

I specialize in muscle release and alignment, pain management, stretching utilizing passive and active range of motion facilitation. Active stretching helps my clients lengthen, strengthen, and condition their muscular fascia restoring flexibility. I also incorporate deep tissue, strain counterstrain, and myoskeletal therapy to release scar tissue in surrounding joints and areas difficult to release with common stretching. These techniques help realign muscle fibers for greater mobility and stability.

My practice is about helping hardworking professionals such as healthcare workers, kitchen workers, trade skills workers, and athletes. Many of these individuals have dedicated their lives to their careers which leads them to chronic pain, aches, or hormonal imbalances and they don't want to go under surgery. I am here to help minimize these unfortunate cases by offering manual therapy that is guided by knowledge and intuitions.
