You've been to doctor. Nothing shows up on the X-ray. You've been told nothing is wrong. That's good! It means there are no breaks or tears, that there is nothing organically wrong. But it still hurts! That means the pain is most likely soft tissue. It's something that can be released! You can reclaim your spunk. Problems of mobility and pain can usually be traced to some old injury, even from 20 or 30 or more years ago. Auto accidents, ski injuries, falls - they all take their toll on the body. That physical trauma can be released easily and gently, giving a person more FREEDOM and RELEASE from pain!
My three techniques: Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Ortho-Bionomy. First, I find the source of the pain. Second, I position the body in such a way that the body releases tension patterns on its own. The body uses its own intelligence to heal itself. Google "Ortho-Bionomy". Why live with pain when it can be healed?
I'm spiritually inclined with a lighthearted attitude that the Divine is doing the healing. By the way, you will come to the session with loose fitting clothing. No birthday suit! My work has nothing to do with oil, and everything to do with finding out what's going on under the skin. Let's find the source of the pain and release it!
