My original intention with my massage practice was to help restore people to peace and wholeness, to come back to the heart of serenity. Naturally, as I encountered muscle groups resistant to release, I delved deeper into neuromuscular studies and training to assist in the restoration of healthy movement and reduction of pain. I enjoy working with people to achieve these ends. I employ Neuromuscular techniques, osteopathic based myofascial release, Swedish Massage, specific stretching modalities, Breath work and Reiki. I'm an approved provider for several insurance providers and I am available for Personal Injury billings as well.
