I love working with people who are interested in healing naturally using their own abilities. I help to connect people with that potential. Becoming relaxed and pain-free are good starting points in this process. My hands are very good at listening to the body and bringing awareness to dysfunction so that it be brought back to balance. I am comfortable working with all ages and body types and have over 25 years experience and advanced training in many modalities.
CranioSacral Therapy can deeply connect to the inner body's innate healing abilities. Lymphatic Drainage work is important for the immune system. Both of these are very gentle deeply relaxing.I have the ability to help bring bodies back to balance. I also am an herbalist and wild crafter using local wild foraging for food and medicine.
