I have over 30 years of experience from specialized medical massage to relaxation message. I have helped people with several problems & injuries by listening to what they are experiencing and then tailoring my therapy to their needs. I worked for over ten years providing therapy in a hospital setting. Over the last 20 years I have expanded my practice to include sports therapy, pregnancy/prenatal therapy and stress reduction. I have excellent deep tissue skills and can also do more esoteric therapies such as reflexology.
I focus on assessment to develop the most effective therapy. I will not waste your time working on parts of your body where it is not needed but I will work on your problems in a systematic way.
