I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 27 years of experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry. I have worked with amazing massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors and oncology doctors throughout the years and have gained insightful knowledge. My massage therapy application techniques and my massage therapy approach is holistic and comfortable for clients and the patients therapeutic care & preferences. I can help relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, reduce swelling, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of my clients.
I integrate a combination of techniques for your massage or you may choose a specifically focused specialty ranging from medical massage, lymphatics, lymphedema specialty, deep tissue, myofacial release, trigger point, Swedish therapy, or hot stone therapy. I also instruct and certify students in the reiki energy healing field since 1999.
My passion is the wellness of others! I provide professional, therapeutic massage to manage pain, rehabilitate injuries, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, facilitate healing and relaxation.
