I have 28 years of experience assisting clients to heal from injuries and chronic pain as well as fostering wellness. I use a variety of advanced massage therapy techniques along with craniosacral therapy, to address all sorts of issues from migraines, TMJ or acute back pain to anxiety, insomnia or low energy. Craniosacral therapy can assist the body to regain health after trauma, injuries or chronic stress. Pre and post natal massage and craniosacral therapy can bring ease and comfort to moms-to-be. Children and babies also benefit from the gentle healing touch of craniosacral therapy.
I specialize in advanced massage therapy techniques to aid in injury treatment. Pre and post natal massage are also offered . Craniosacral therapy is a light touch therapy to rebalance and restore function in the nervous and many other systems in the body. It promotes wellness at a deep level.
