Relief from pain or stiffness arising from injuries, accidents, or long-term structural alignment issues. Most treatments are performed while you are fully clothed. I work to try regain mobility, stability, and pain-free movement. I use a technique called Myofascial Balancing. I do not work like you would typically find at a spa with "smooshing-type" or gliding strokes with a massage oil.
I will also provide insight into how: you can perform self-care for yourself, modify your environment, and return to full activities in your daily living.
My treatment room is located on the ground floor and has parking directly outside the door.
