Are you active,stressed,recovering from an injury,training for an event or just want to relax, I can help! I have 33 yrs experience as a Licensed Massage Tharapist. During that time I have worked for 6 pro sport teams in the NYC area. Although I have work on many athletes you don't need to be a professional athlete to need a massage. Massage is for everyone and it can help you deal with all the stresses of today's world.
I use a variety of techniqes during each massage: Swedish, sports, deep tissue, neuromuscular, ART, Graston Tech, Fascia Release tech and stretching to name a few. Each massage is custom to your specific needs and done professionally, with respect for your privacy and in the comfort of your home.
I do house calls. covering Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties, NYC, Northern New Jersey, and lower Connecticut.
