I have been working as an LMT in the Southern Pasco/Northern Pinellas area for over 35 years. I am a mother of four and love what I do. I've worked with various Chiropractors and believe that massage therapy is one of the key factors when it comes to health and well being. I rarely do "cookie cutter" massages. Most of my work is done according to what your body requires at the time. Every massage is customized to your needs and comfort level.
I have taken various courses in medical massage. I've helped prevent the need for surgery for carpal tunnel on many occasions. Cranial Release Technique - a certain stretch that helps you relax from this inside out and helps your body function properly so it can heal itself of many disorders.
We specialize in pain management through massage and infra-red light therapy along with some other modalities.
