I am a professional dancer as well, so I often approach injuries from a functional standpoint. I can get very specific with locating and working on the body. I also practice shiatsu and energy work and focus on the root causes and habits so as to bring general wellness too.
I am a dancer and have lots of functional experience with anatomy. I come from a medical family and know a lot about western medicine, but I have also trained in some eastern practices and in energy work. I believe that the mind can influence the body, and visa versa.
