"Most clients complain of back and neck problems the goal is to relieve pressure from stress build up. Clients ask you to focus on that area without completely understanding anatomy when one area is overused the underlying problem may be the antagonist muscle which would be the stomach muscles being underused. Causing more pain in the back area my focus is to smooth all muscle using a soothing technique focused on the entire body and not just those in which the complaints accompany. For the same price a full body massage would work better than focusing on one area that could potentially damage the body and overall health of a client."
