My passion is using Eastern healing methods to enhance my clients' well-being. I was introduced to shiatsu as a college student in Tokyo while training Shotokan Karate at International Christian University. I experienced first hand how shiatsu improves flexibility, speeds recovery time and enhances performance. I studied shiatsu at the Ohashi Institute in NY, where I received my certification in 1994 and then opened my practice. My interest in Asian philosophy, language and culture underlies my shiatsu practice. It enables me to fully use my skills and knowledge to help clients heal, relax, and achieve healthier, happier lives.

I provide clients with care and treatment that allows them to continue living their lives. When a person has suffered any form of illness or injury, your life can seem to turn into a never-ending road of hospitals, doctors, and therapy.
